Nothing about our stay at the enclave was simple, clean, or enjoyable. Our apartment was infested with ants and spiders, and requests for maintenance went for many days without response. The grounds were not kept up as they were when we first moved in, and there were many apartments with multiple families, and of course, numerous cars, some of which did not work, and would sit for weeks or months without being moved. The management, well, where should I begin'' We were told very different things when we were signing our lease, but stories became lies very quickly once we were in. We were given an eviction because we did not pay our rent(our rent was paid by the 1st of every month but they had posted our check to another account) and no one ever apoligized. When we moved out we were charge for painting, carpet cleaning, which neither had been done before we moved in. The staff was very rude and disrespectful. What an awful place for anyone to live!! You will regret it, I promise you.
