Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
after several months with no gate i had almost given up. what finally kicked the bucket was when the maintenance man stopped sneeking in my apartment early in the morning to hide the mold! now it is growing everywhere will never recommend it to any one and have taken steps with health department.
