I would not recommend living in the Enclaves. When I first moved in last March, I had no cable for 1 month due to no wiring. Maintenance came in and proceeded to break down walls in my pantry( with my food still in it)..They are not reliable at all. Now that they are selling the units as condo's, they are chasing everyone out. I was evicted because my rent was 3 days late. They don't care if they kick you to the curb, as long as they are making their money. I was paying 40.00 a month for water to them and in return they never paid the water bill and left me with a huge bill. You would be sorry if you moved there....not unless you are looking for a nightmare!!!!!!!
