what should i say, living here at ibis has been nothing but a nightmare for , four years they changed the office staff like they change there underware,hire retarded young criminal staff without any knowledge of how to run a condo development. The maintance staff or should i say, young and only maintance person is a kid that completly knows nothing about fixing a towel rack, never mind an a/c unit. He has worked here for the past two years and sells drugs from his apartment if you want to get something done call outside maintance that is contracted out at $55.00 an hour.if you think i'm not telling the truth than why is half the place empty of rentals an people moving in the middle of the night.dipping out on two year leases. cause they have rents that are for the rich an famous, OH, GATED ..... what is somebody kiddin that's an 80 thousand dollar decoration.. Cameras only at the pool so the manager's boyfrind can watch the young swinsuite addition of 15 year old's laying poolside. need i say more on that issue. ROACHES, MOLD, SMALL UNITS NO LIVING SPACE SUITABLE FOR SUCH 5TH AVE PRICES.DON'T WALK OUTSIDE AT NIGHT CAUSE YOU CANT'T SEE A THING, OWNERS REFUSE TO LIGHT THE PROPERTY SO YOU ARE SAFE..... Any places in Naples/Estero/Bonita Springs that you would recommend? And how about getting that drug dealer out of there by calling the cops?

First of all how would you know he is selling drugs out of his apartment unless you were buying drugs from him. If he wasn't convicted and nothing was proven than all you have is intuition. Second of all, all a maintenance man is suppose to do is make sure that the levels of freon are correct and do minor repairs, not replace an a/c unit or major repairs. And if Ibis Club is such a bad place than why did you stay 4 years when a lease is up after 12-15 months. There is plenty of other apartment complex's to live at. To have the nerve to actually post these shallow insults on the internet trully shows your character and Ibis club is better off without you. And for some reason I have a feeling you use to work for ibis club yourself, because if these statements are true you seem to have some detailed insight.
