I lived in La Costa for a year and had to move to a cheaper place for financial reasons. It is worht the money. I never once had bug problems or a maintance problem that wasn't fixed within 24 hours. I got all of my security deposit back, and the office staff was very friendly. They always asked how things were and tried to make things better. The grounds are well kept, and the ponds were well maintained. You didn't hear hardly any noise from the neighbors and the appliances are farily new and in good condition. It is worth the extra money compared to wher I am living now.
