Don't know what's going on here but it's gruesome! The garbage piles up near the compactor, not in it, the hot tub isn't hot and is growing mold, the pool is filthy, the gates have been broken for months now, the noise is unbearable from teenagers in the parking lots at all hours of the night and the management is becoming progressively ruder. The only decent maintenance people they had have quit out of frustration and the ones who are left are totally incompetent. Some tenants who have been living here for years have recently left, the rents go up while the services go down. Plenty of vacancies here for good reason. Take your time and find yourself a decent place to live if you value your health and your safety.
