Been living here over a year. Recently went to transfer and found out there is a new manager in the office as of last week. Very Very rude new manager made up her own rules even though I was told something different before and know others that have transferred and not paid additional fees. The explanation I was given was laughable. She is unprofessional and does not seem to know what she is talking about. I will not stay here after this lease is up. I recommend not even coming here.

I fully agree, staff VERY rude and inconsistant. I was told by one staff member I would get a rent credit because our apartment was not ready on time and we had to stay in our old apartment and pay rent - but when I went to turn in our receipt from our last place for the credit, they said the woman who told us that was no longer employed there and they could not honor what she had said - ONLY 3 WEEKS AFTER WE HAD SIGNED OUR LEASE! The turn over rate there is so high and they do not have a set of standards that their employees operate by - everyone will say whatever it takes to get you to sign a lease. And as soon as you are legally bound to them they become rude and unprofessional
