DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE! I have had mold growing on all my air conditioning vents and have called multiple times and receive NO RESPONSE - and we have bugs! Big ones. I have not received any response to those issues either, though I have put them on the back burner as I am more concerned with the health issues related to the mold. Not to mention the damage that may be incurred to out furniture and clothing items!

I have lived here about 6 months, and found the staff to be friendly and polite - until I moved in. Immediatly after I signed the lease they began to act rudely towards me and treat me as if I was not a priority. When I have gone into the club house to ask questions they literally ignore me as if I am not standing right in front of them! The worst part is that I pay $1,014 (2 bed/2 bath) to live here!

Last time around my roomate and I lived in a 3 bed/2bath for $950 and NEVER had these kinds of problems - but we didn't like the type of people who were moving in so we opted to pay more for a safer community. This one is NO DIFFERENT. The gate is constantly broken and left open all day every day - it does nothing for safety. We still have yet to even get a gate key, they keep saying the gate system is broken so we cannot get one. This community is great to look at - HORRIBLE to live in. For the same price get yourself into a nice apartment/condo in a safe community - free of bugs and mold! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
