New Manager is not approachable, she is never available to speak to any resident and when we do get the opportunity to speak with her, she is very short and does not care about our concerns as residents. She is rude and has already lost a few very good dedicated employees. We are very upset about that-Most of us (the residents)are very unhappy and are looking for another place to live. There are more and more lower class people moving in and Fountain View has now become a very trashy place to live. We can't seem to get through to the new manager Caroline, nor to coporate, so this was the only way to try and get our point across to anyone who might care or be thinking of moving here.
Manager is rude-not a nice person-very unhappy-property grounds/landscaping looks terrible-no one ever answers the phone-front door is always locked and we cannot pick up packages and then they get mad because we did not pick them up. We have been residents for 12 years with this property and it has gone through alot of changes-but this new change with this new manager is way to much-just unacceptable and we are not alone-there are many residents that feel the same way. There are a few residents that have left one who was here for 13 or 14 years-we are leaving as soon as our lease is up-no one is happy here-it is just not the same!!
