Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Everything changed when the new manager & office staff came in. The quality of service has declined noticeably. ALthough it is a nice, quiet, clean community to live in, it used to be much friendlier (as far as staff) and the response time for maintenance issues was much faster under the old management team. The current staff leaves much to be desired! Promises made are now met with the response - "oh well, that was the old staff and they aren't here anymore"
I will be moving as soon as I can find a new place. I used to readily recommend Fountain View to others but no longer feel I can do so.
