Raising Rent

Been here a year now and this management has the nerve to raise my rent an extra $30.00 after all the complaints I have made regarding maintainence, pest control, security (which is a joke), and staff coming into my apartment unannounced.

Do yourself a favor and seek residence elsewhere. The money they are charging you can get alot of extras at another community. Can't wait to move out of this crap hole!
