You can't rent here anymore, which is a blessing. I'm counting the days to leave. But if you should be thinking about buying at Laguna Bay Condiminiums, which is what this pit is turning into, forget it. It's just going to be an overpriced apartment with a fresh coat of cheap paint.

he should leave if he doesn't like it....conversions let you turn in your notice and leave. stop complaining and do something about it.

Why is acceptable that the only answer is to leave instead of having someone DO THEIR JOB for a change and maybe even take some pride in it?!?! Good advice genius, I guess you're probably in the same boat of treating people like they do at "Laguna Bay"

Joldsalt, he says in his review that he's "counting the days to leave." And he HAS left. Just more evidence to support my theory that this whole operation is being run by illiterate high school dropouts.
