Fountain View... excuse me, now "Laguna Bay" is the same old trashy complex with new paint and appliances. The new owners stick young women on the stret off Airport-Pulling road for all the pervs out there to look at as they hold signs advertising the "codos for sale".

The new owners treat the current tenants like third-class citizens that don't deserve their time. The front of the complex is simply a facade ment to grab your attention and disguise the many faults that you'll later discover.

The electrical sockets in my unit won't even hold the plug for an appliance, the carpet is old and nasty, and there's mold in the wall. They wanted to sell me this peice of junk as it is for over $300,000 and then told me not to discuss their offer to me with anyone! The whole thing is newly painted horse crap. BEWARE!

Oh i worked for the company who took over fountain View for 3 weeks. I knew just by working for the company how they were going to treat us residents. Like crap.. I had emergency surgery recovered for 7 days came back and some young hot little lady is sittin in my desk and a note that reads if you could just turn in your shirts we'll give you your last check. I also have mold in the walls, A/C unit and i've been sick for 2 years now livin here. I swear its something in the structure making me sick. I've spent over $100,000 in medical bills because of it. My appliances are crap my bath handle to turn the water on and off fell off from rust and they refuse to come put it back on and don't even get me started about the girls they got in mini skirts and shirts tied up to their boobs sellin these places.. From what i've been told there are 458 or so units in here and they've only sold about 140 or so since Nov .. HA serves them right

norentnaples06, complainers4life is expressing there opinion and i agree with it. so maybe you should go to another web site where everyone agrees with everyone on how much they hate things about where they live otherwise if you dont like someone elses opinion and views then dont read it.

Actually, complainers4life is right. Move out like I did. The sooner you stop giving them money, the worse it is for them. See how desperate they are, putting tramps and cheesy men on the side of the road with sandwich boards? And they had ANOTHER grand opening -- what, the first one wasn't good enough? Everyone makes fun of the place; it's Naples' very own inside joke. And don't let the ladies who work in the office, like complainers4life, get to you. I'm sure Cornerstone Group has a policy about employees screwing around on the Internet instead of doing their jobs. Perhaps an e-mail to their HR department is in order.
