one word......,MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD!! AND LOTS OF IT.. AND THE STAFF KNOWS ABOUT IT THEY JUST WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THE OFFICE MANAGER AND HER ASSISTANT ARE NON HELPFUL AND FULL OF ATTITUDE THEY PUT METAL UP OVER ROTTING WOOD AND PAINT OVER WATER STAINS ON THE ROOF.. I HAD THEM COME 2 TIMES BECAUSE I HAD WATERSTAINS ON MY ROOF BOTH TIMES THEY CAME IN WITH A CAN OF WHITE SPRAY PAINT AND A COUPLE WEEKS LATER THE STAIN WAS BACK. THEN WHEN I WENT TO GET COPIES OF ANY MAINTENACE REQUESTS I HAD MADE FOR THE ROOF THEY SAID THEY HAD NONE AND KNEW NOTHING ABOUT MOLD EVEN THOUGH I HAD NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT THAT I ONLY WANTED THE RECIEPTS. HMMMMMMMM HIDING A SECRET ARE WE' SO ITS STILL LEAKING, THE ROOF, AND WHERE'S THERE'S WATER, THERE'S MOLD .. IMAGINE AND I'VE BEEN SICK FOR TWO YEARS. I EVEN TALKED TO PEOPLE WHO CUT WALLS OUT OF THEIR APTS CAUSE THEY HAD TOXIC BLACK MOLD AND THE OFFICE STAFF TOLD THEM TO FIX IT THEMSELVES,, SO IF ITS IN ONE APT ITS IN THE OTHERS... OH EXCUSE ME CONDOS.. OH AND THE MODELS OUT FRONT GETTING PAID $50.00 AND HOUR.. TACKY TO SAY THE LEAST BUT THEN AGAIN ITS TO BE EXPECTED. THANK GOD I MOVED OUT OF THAT HELL HOLE

i completely agree with this. i had the exact same problem. i moved out then they took me to a collection agency because i left the microwave dirty...oh wait the apartments didnt come with a microwave...they will try anything.

I am currently having trouble getting my deposit back. They don't want to return our calls and we are about to get a lawyer if they don't give it to us. our apt was also covered in mold and we had water stains on the ceiling. I can also back up the spray paint thing because that is exactly what they did in one of my bathrooms when the roof leaked. those places are crap (and that is being nice)

They're crooks and the manager Lyn is just stupid. NO common sense... Get out and get away as soon as you can, People are smart they've stopped buying condo's there so now they're renting again. I won't ever go back there, I was sick for 2 year and racked up $100,000 in medical bills and thats with insurance. I had a lawyer and had a case against them and everything but im moving out of state shortly and it'll be a pain in the ass to have to fly back down for all of this.. I wish them the worst and hope those places never sell for the health and safety of othe people
