Mold Roaches Loud Parties Trash all oover parking lot, illeagal citizens can live with anyone who is approved lanai screens ripped pool is dirty not heated in back dog feces everywhere and Pit Bulls can live here Go to La Costa or San Marino

I have been at Luguna bay for 18 months now and have see none of this. I am very happy there the place is vey beautiful and well kept. Are you sure you are talking about the same place?????
