First of all when we were ready to sign the lease the office staff was pushy and acted so nice and compeling but once it was signed they owned you and your money the rent here for a crappy 3 Bedroom apartment raised without consent to $1360 a month and then we have 2 cats charged us a security deposit of $500 per cat PRICY$$ HUH!!! besides that the 1.5 mile walkway is actally 0.5 Miles and certainly not scenic only back of apartments dead lady showed up in the pool. numerous Break-ins, Bad fire alarm wiring my alarm went off everyday at 4:30am until it was fixed what a mess, and we tried to put up some things in our lani and we got a violation notice for protective covering, plus we got a possible eviction warning from the staff when we washed our car in front of our apartment and construction worst possible ever maintnence said we could not use our shower for a week due to a leak in the lower apartment "i say thats not my problem you fix it" also they deposited my check three times in a row causeing my bank account to go into the negative they refuse to pay tried to legally obtain my dividend and got it after all legal fees not worth it at all. and plus lets not get to the mold issue in building 13 AKA a health hazard which malibu lakes shiveresly covered up from news camera and health board advisers. but anyhow lets gget to parking WHAT A MESS no parking available at all, and the ameneties offered at malibu laes about only 25% is true no beach, no golf course nothing. this is below the apartments that exist in iraq, and remember they tell you that they will fix all picture holes in your apartment free of charge BS they take your security deposit for some 20 min spacal paste.
