I have lived here for about 14 months now, I?ve got to say I don?t have many complaints. Whenever I have needed any assistance from management they have been very cooperative. Sure the complaints about the garbage compactor and the new valet services are true but overall it is a very nice community and is pretty well kept. Their apartments are a nice size and I like the fact that I have a garage conveniently attached to my apartment. As to the ameneties, the complex is fairly new and with time Im sure they will be available. Honestly the only complaint I had was my upstairs neighbors, they were very loud all the time, messy and very inconsiderate. I brought this issue up to management and she took care of it right away. They didnt stay quiet long but thank God they moved out a couple months later. I dont see why an accident in the pool (the dead body) or break ins would be managements fault. The people living here should try to keep there environment clean, quiet, and friendly in order to maintain this community a beautiful place to live in. If it were?nt because I bought a new home I would definatly renew my lease here. By the way the person who left the review about the office employee, I think that giving out her apartment number was un-necessary. I think you went a little far, you cant judge her because you saw her having a bad morning that one day. If you have or have had kids you'd know.
