Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The parking is now assigned. You still will see trash overflowing. The lights in the stairwells don't always work and it doesn't seem that an exterminator is ever there. The office staff are curt and usually unpleasant. This was not the case when I came to view the community. All in all, I am glad to be moving away from Malibu Lakes
