lets start at the beginning brand new apt naples good location sure i'll bite is it gated yes but you can drive around the gate so you be the judge next. one trash dumpster on site looks good until it overflows into the parking lot several times per week the office staff very nice almost family till you move in then they become uncaring and evil snotty and above you poor workmanship in buildings leaks,mold(check wink news for proof)poor landscaping poor everything and now a rate hike my apt is now 1350 from 1200 this place is no way nice save yourself FYI the good reviews are from ML staff that live here and are trying to save face and PS dont use the pool they found some lady dead floating in it
