They are always nice.......at first!

Talk to your student a few months from now. Read all of the other comments, they mostly say how delightful the ladies in the office are. If they weren't nice at this stage, the place would be empty. Once you are locked into your lease, things change. It is nice to hear the student is happy so far. I hope for his sake it continues.
