A dark living experience!

When I moved in I filled out a form listing all the defects in the apartment.Believe me there were many. There was a hole in the middle of the kitchen floor that was fixed 6 months later. After being in the Apartment 2 weeks the Spot light in the Kitchen went out. When I asked them to replace it, they told me I had to get a bulb and pay for it myself but they would put the bulb in for me. Construction is very poor. Things would peal off or come apart daily. I have finally gotten out of the dark whole and now they want to take from my security deposit and add on repairs that were listed when I first moved in. They actually wanted me to pay for what they should have fixed while I was there.
Not good business practice
