i moved in in july... first apartment i have ever rented.. they helped me out, gave me a free month, waived my administration fees.. they were sooo helpful!.. it is now november.. any problem i had, was fixed right away. no kids have ever touched my car at all.. no destruction of property. .and dead women in the swimming pool' wow. never seen that one.. and my mother has lived here since last august when they opened. parking is a pain.. but most complexes it's the same thing.. but everyone respects my parking spot. my ac broke. within 2 hours, they came, fixed it, replaced my filter.. no problems at all. the pools are beautiful.. well kept. the people who live here are all pleasant. it's very quiet, a great place to bring a family.. i bet half these people on here who are raggin on this place probably work for other apartment complexes and are trying to steer people way.. don't run away, see for yourself!! that's what i did.. despite the reviews
