I just moved into Malibu Lakes about a month ago and I am just so relieved! Its a huge improvement from my previous apartment and at less $$$ every month, plus that special didn't hurt. I mean sure there have been some move in snags along the way- a few light bulbs out the gates aren't working but thats all nothing major like you all have listed. It must have really changed in the last year because wow what a difference!!!
