Malibu Lakes is a much nicer community than another luxury apartment community that I was living in before also in Naples. It offers peace and quiet and friendly neighbors and a nice community. The location is great!
The things I like:
The spacious apartments
Berber carpet
Upgraded paint
Upkept grounds
Pet run area (wish pet owners would pick-up poop)
Well lit parking lot
Gated community
The things I don't like:
Dog Breed Restrictions broken
Maintenance do not fix the problem you call them for
One assigned spot unless you have a garage then no assigned spot
Trash Valet - 3 nights per week not obeyed by residents
Residents parking shopping carts on premises
