This is a nice enough place and seemingly well looked after. Maintainance is usually prompt but the asthetic fountain by the main entrance has been off going on two months and nobody seems capable or interested in fixing it. Asthetics are a primary consideration when choosing a place to live.

The fountain has been down and regretfully it has been for about 2 months now BUT it is NOT because nobody is interested in fixing it. We take GREAT pride in our community and we work hard at maintaining the beauty! Because our current local vendor went out of business we had to locate a new vendor willing to travel to this part of Florida! Currently, we have a new vendor and the part has been ordered. The expected repair date is the end of next week. I think even with 1 of our 6 fountains being down...our multi-millon dollar asthetics makes this place VERY desirable.
