I relocated to Naples and needed a decent place with decent rent to live in. Well you get what you pay for! Lets see-three landlords in two years, promises of a perimeter fence that never materialized and mold growing in the closets. Here are a few more-exposed light covers in hallways (code violation), a violent fight between roomates that resulted in the police being called, a broken down car that sat in the parking lot for weeks, one tenant drove a small bus for Naples and guess where it was parked' No not in a city or county lot but right in parking lot! Lets dont forget the multiple people (tenants or otherwise) drinking beer and smoking marijuana at all hours in the parking lot.

What was management's response, speaking for the two that passed through and the one currently installed, a chuckle and we will look into it. Once a another fight erupted in the hallway and a phone call to management was in order. The response' We are shopping in the downtown area and call the police. In other words no one was home. Then there was the time that management had a personal and up close moment with a tenant.

If you want to live in a dump then go for it! If not just pass it, along with the overfilled dumpster on the premise, right on by and good luck in finding an affordable, decent apartment.

Bottom line: I suppose living on a park bench would be worse but then again that is free.

Must be a lonely person that never left property, I lived here too and never saw what they spoke of. I enjoyed living here for 4 years. Maybe this person was drinking the beer and smoking the joint. LOL.:)
