I read the review of the other person. They must have lived in another place, because my experience was really good. I live here for 4 years in a large (approx 900 sq ft) 1 bedroom apt. I really enjoyed the quite place and never had a problem with any of my neighbors. The managers (only 1 since I lved there) Rob and Nina were really great and kept the place up well.
I would recommend this place to any one looking for a no frills clean and well maintained inexpensive place to live.
