Gables Sucks!

I lived in a Gables property in Texas and transferred to Naples - both rate equally horribly when it comes to the management and their overall incompetence.

Maintenance requests go unanswered, the gates are rarely closed and the apartment (in TX and FL) was in poor condition when I moved in.

Pass on ANY Gables property because it seems that the company itself is the biggest problem. Can't wait to leave!
