I lived in River Park for almost 2 years. The apartments are nice, very clean, and the maintenance staff is great. Maintenance always comes quickly, but not necessarily when they say they will. Sometimes they would show up unannounced to fix something, which is nice, but not if you are on your way out the door. I think they are a bit expensive for the size of the apartments, you can find bigger places for less money, but if you have the money to spare... The office staff is very persnickity, you will find notices taped to your door if you leave toels hanging or sneakers out on your porch. While living there I got the feeling that the number one priority there was to get as much money from residents as possible. This included increasing the laundry fees, adding garbage pick up that we had to use and had to pay for (no opting out), and making it pretty hard to get your deposit back (we got ours back but neighbors had problems). Overall a nice clean place to live, but expensive and can be a bit uptight.
