Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
In 2001, when we first moved in, River Reach was a nice facility, a bit older than others, but still nice. Once AMCO, took over the whole community went down hill. The grounds were not kept up, management was rude and not sensitive to resident's needs,maintance requests were not followed through in a timely manner. Management was the worst part of living at River Reach.
