The first time I saw River Reach Apartments I liked it. The apartment I looked as was in the most ideal spot. I thought thats what I would get. Was I ever wrong. When I found the apartment I was to be living in I was mad. But my other half, with his positive self convinced me it wasnt so bad. I thought the landscaping was terrible. Im not a big nature lover but I know when my surroundings are ill kept. Constant loud music everywhere, people yelling at each other. As for the staff, I get tired of waiting on them, I just try to solve any problem I have on my own. Would I recommend living here...NO...only if I hated you. If you work hard for your money, you deserve better than this. I would leave now if I could but if I got back on my contract...well, I dont want to have to go down that road. Save your money people. There are nicer places out there.

This is a load of dog crap. The office staff are in on the drugs and the boyfreind of the manager(ex-con) sells stuff that is supposed to be installed for repairs. I paid less for my disposal at home depot installed by home depot than he was willing to do it for as a so called rep of the company.Is this maintenance or robbery, you decide.
