I have constant pests in my house, 1 year after moving here! management takes care of it immediately, but something new comes up. and believe me its the same case with most people. Maybe its in the environment.
Management is very professional and repairs are immediately taken care of. You call in the morning from your office about some repairs and they will be fixed when you reach home!! very fast. Rooms are small, layout is crooked and horrible. Very costly for the kind of apartments they have, but worth it for safety and maintainace.

This is a load of dog crap. The office staff are in on the drugs and the boyfreind of the manager(ex-con) sells stuff that is supposed to be installed for repairs. I paid less for my disposal at home depot installed by home depot than he was willing to do it for as a so called rep of the company.Is this maintenance or robbery, you decide.
