I visited a friend for 3 weeks in their apartment here and at first it was quiet and seemed rather nice. After the first week there was loud banging constantly upstairs from 6am until midnight with no end in sight. I personally would break the lease if I wanted to hear banging all the time I'd rent out the attic of a bowling alley. Oh and lets talk about bugs, a few doors down from my friends apartment I seen five roaches in this woman's apartment in a matter of two hours, you think they would spray monthly like they claim, nope they don't! This place is flat out nasty. I might pay $300 a month but for $900 clean it up and tell the damn tenants to quiet down a bit. Kids running around throwing rocks at people's windows. This place to me is really not worth the money at all. I'm looking to relocate there and boy am I glad I stayed here before applying.... BIG Disapointment!
