They also keep your deposit

I moved out of this complex in August. On September 8, I recieved letter saying that I was entitled to a refund of the majority of my rent deposit (after standard cleaning fees). To date I have received no rent deposit refund (it is now December), even after contacting the office several times. To all others that they have done this to: This is a violation of Florida law. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO TRIPLE THE REFUND AMOUNT WITH COMPOUNDED INTEREST IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED YOUR DEPOSIT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR MOVEOUT DATE. Other than this, the apartments are old, apparently constructed out of the same material that car-audio speakers are made out of given the way that any noise is transmitted from one unit to the next. The appliances were likely purchased before the great depression, your air conditioner will cost you $100 monthly because they are older than the appliances. And if anything breaks, you'll have to call maintenence 3 or more times before it is fixed and fixed poorly. Short: save your money. You can get a much nicer place than this for far less in Naples. Only positive is the river access, but keep in mind that you are 7 miles from the gulf at this spot. It's easier to drive your boat to a boatlaunch and NOT live in a garbage dump run by criminals.
