Wow, I have to say how surprised I am at all the negative reviews of River Reach. I really do wonder if most of these people actully live or have lived here before or if they are just horsing around. I've been here for over two years and my experiences have been great. My unit faces the water and it's quiet. I have a large dog which was accepted because the community is extremely pet friendly. I exercize 3-5 times a week and the trails are fun to run on. Every time I've had a problem with my unit someone is out to fix it so you never have to worry about waiting forever to have something repaired. My neighbors are really nice and you get to meet some friendly people here. I love it at River Reach and I'm not planning to leave any time soon!
