Even the cops will tell you that this complex is not a good place to be. Drug dealers, drunks, and obnoxious kids are all over this place. The clientele here is generally trashy and the office likes to make threats to the tenants based on unfounded claims. The apartments themselves are shoddy and old with cheap blinds and ratty carpets. I can't wait to move out of here!

Don't forget the uncleanable showers, and the plastic sinks with cigarette burns. Oh, the missing screens, and the vanity tops where the press board has expanded because of the moisture and falls out on the floor. Not to mention the drug deals you can watch happen at the tennis courts and the mailbox. Dump, dump, dump!!!

I lived there for 2 years and loved it.The lake is beautiful to walk your dog around,lit up at night.The service men were always quick to fix anything and were always friendly.

I have lived at River Reach for 7 years now, and love it! No idea where you're living. Evidently NOT at River Reach! Some people aren't just happy...
