NOT A SECURE PLACE, TRASHY, YOU CAN BE A WITNESS OF STREET FIGHTS, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, NOISY PARTIES SPECIALLY AT NIGHT TIME, POLICE IN ACTION ON THE WEEKENDS, NASTY & MEAN MANAGER, POOR STAFF, UNHEALTHY POOL, EVERYTHING THE WORST!

hi i have lived at saddlebrook village for 3 years this is not the saddlebrook i have known it is a clean quite place to live i would still there but i rencently bought a house by the way there is incentive program for first time home buyers were you get 5% back on what you paid in rent to buy a house

Not recommended, the manager is nasty mean, she talks to people like... she is very nasty uneducated, no culture . She cannot even have a good conversation without yelling. This is not a place for human to live unless you are a pig like her.
