I lived there for 3 months before deciding it was safer to break my lease than stay. The building next to me was literally falling apart and being held by a steel beam, there were dead bugs in my unit and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years upon moving in, the stairs were rusting and falling apart, and I was told that one broke on someone, luckily a bottom one! the staff was downright rude and uncooperative. very unpleasant experience. oh and the mosquitoes are horrible so are the frogs
