I moved into San Marino in December of 02. When I was in the rental process I was told of some many amenities that were offered. I thought for the money it was a great value. BOY WAS I WRONG. Just recently this aparment complex had a management change. Can you say rude. The new property manager is so nasty when you ask her a simple question. There are drug deals going down here all the time the gates don't work, the amneities are not clean, the property itself looks awful. They have been digging things up and killing the plants around the buildings with no hope of replacing any of the plants they killed. All this and they want $1300 per month for my 3 bedroom. Whatever! If your going to move to Naples just keep driving by San Marino. Unless your a drug dealer then you can start an in home business here.
