We have lived here for about a year and just recently came under new management. When we 1st came here we where sold on all the amenities, like gated community, outstanding staff, nature like grounds and weekly brunches.
Since the new management has taken over, San Marino has started to become the Princes Cut Diamond that was promised to us when we 1st moved in.
The management has listened to our concerns and responded. The grounds having been completely upgraded, lending itself to a more country setting with more privacy. The extensive water which flooded most of the buildings, parking lots and common areas causing not only walking through puddles a daily event but caused dangerous levels of mold have been addressed. They have redirected the water correctly, virtually eliminating the flooding/mold build up in the apartments, garages and storage units.
The new management upgraded and fixed the gates and added multiple cameras to the entrance and exit points of San Marino lending itself to a more sense of security.
I would like to say thank you to all the staff of San Marino for all their patience and diligence in resolving the issues that they came into as new owners, managers and staff.
