I have just moved in and love it so far. Apartment is in great condition and location is convenient. People seem to be friendly and all facilities are well mantained. The only drawback is the gate that hasn't been closed once since I moved in. Other than that, the price was right and even though one bedroom apartment is rather small, vaulted ceilings on the third floor make it spacious and layout is great.
