The Truth about San Marino

Its true, kids can not be alone, and thats a GOOD thing, kids need parental control.
The apartments are on the smaller side, but perfect for a small family. Beautiful compared to many others.
I adore the Elementary school, small classes, enthused teachers, good food, my child loves it and has been to 3 other schools locally.
Clean, very clean outdoors and nicely landscaped.
Security systems do not work, gates are always open due to people ramming them everytime they are closed and breaking them, complex is out of the way, so there aren't wanderers inside.
Problems in apartments are fixed ASAP, but dont expect to get Tile on your balcony if it doesn't have it already...been given excuses for 3 months.
Pool is always clean, and beautiful.
Free DSL is included in rent, although its down during many storms, slow (since all apartments in each building are routed together) and there is no provided outgoing mail server and getting an email address through them is impossible. You are left to rely on AOL or YAHOO.
Staff is nice, accomodating and professional.
Parking lots have many non-working lights.
Wherever you live there is going to be th bad people who ruin it for hte good ones, luckily there aren't all that many rotten eggs here, there are a few fast drivers, loud music in cars and kids who aren't supervised, but compared to other apartment complexes, this really is well worth the money.
