San Marino continues to lack the amenities that a luxury apartment community should have. The gates have not worked for at least a year. (Gated community, ha!) Recently, valet trash service was discontinued, and cable will no longer be included in our rent. And yet rent is still increasing. Why we ask' They claim that they are trying to keep the "riff-raff" out! Close the damn gates for a start!!! While most of the staff are wonderful, the property manager lacks the experience, ability, and leadership to make this place great. (Has an attitude problem as well.)
