I do have to disagree with the last to posts. San Marino is not perfect but what place is. For the most part it is a nice place to live. I do think the staff has done a good job of cleaning up the complex after the storm. With regards to the property being dirty I think it looks great and the staff here does a good job. The biggest problem here is the other tenants don't clean up after themselves. Overall not a bad place to live if you are looking to buy or build its a good place to hold over until then.
