I am a new resident here at sand marino and I did my research before I moved. I am overall very pleased with the apartment I rented. I am not too far from the club house and my neighbors all seem very nice. I even have two cops who live in my building. I feel very safe and the community is clean and lots to do. My leasing agent Jamie was a true delight and really helped me. I am an older woman and being newly single I wanted a place that was safe, clean, and had amenites, you know stuff to do. Sand marino is all I expected. the staff is great and short of the garbage getting really full it is a great place to call home. Seems to me that Account 1 likes to post their rude nasty comments but does not have enough courage to tell any one their name. Guess you might be on the drugs and alchol.
