I have read the many reviews on here and quite shcoked at the lies I have read. I am a resident here at San Marino and have been so for three years. I have seen many changes but none as good as the current employees that are here now. while I agree the trash is a VERY BIG problem it is always in or around the dumpsters. Better there then on the steets and all over buildings. The "new" staff as one review put it said that they are rude, condesending, and does not get anything done. Hello.... have you seen the new landscaping and pressure cleaned buildings' God, you really should choose your words better next time, it wont make "you" the writer look like such a liar!

I have lived here too - they are not doing this because of us - they are doing this because we are going Condo - wait til you get your letter
