New resident here at san marino and for the most part happy. Parking is a real pain in the butt but the property is nice and the staff is helpful. I love the new trees, the are adding so many new things here that is makes a nice community even better! The pool is nice but I wish it was warmer in there. The jacuzzi is gross but I dont use public jacuzzis; you all know what goes on in there!!! Thank you Kim and Jamie for all your help with my move, you made it so stress free and easy!!!!
