Overall, San Marino is a nice place to live. There are alot of rumors going around that the complex is going condo. A company by the name of Prestige Builders Group will be taking over management/ownership of the property as of this June. Looks like the rumors are true. I haven't seen a property yet that this group has bought and NOT done a condo conversion. Maybe yes, maybe no, in the mean time, the new landscaping looks great and staff is always on top of things. Apartments could be a little more sound proofing. I can hear my upstairs neighbors all the time.

The property is not going condo, have you seen the all the condo conversions failing around here in naples. I got a flyer the other day from The Reserve at Naples. I love the fact that they say in their flyer, "Got no Money", "Got no credit?" Well, we gots lots of crap to sell, just like section 8.
