New management has done a good job with the trash clean up and people clean up too. My neighbors are nice and friendly and seem to be very happy here too. My rent is a little high but I woul dpay a higher price to keep me away from the North Naples trash. Dollar for dollar this is a great place to live and I like that they are bringing back Sunday brunch for us all.
