No Luxury Living

In the past I have lived in several condo's in Naples & the surrounding area that provided a safe, clean, professional property and staff. I now live in San Marino and ooops, there is nothing that makes it a luxury, clean, safe or a professional place to live! The gates have been broken for a long time and the mangement only skirts the issue. On the weekends the pool, fitness & hot tub are visited by people who do not live there. As a result, trash piles up. Hats off to the maintaince staff who is trying to keep the grounds trash free. In the office the staff is always new & the mangement does not address noise, theft or ant other issues directly. If you have a dog, be prepared many owners allow their pets to run & do not pick up after the dogs. Yes, they are dog friendly which is hard to find in Naples but, again people are allowing the dogs to poop right outside your door, on the side walk and in the common areas and mangement is not interested in addressing the problem. You will find the apartments very quite with some amenities, but overall if you crave a professional luxury lifestyle with a great community of people who understand what the term luxury means, look somewhere else there are plenty of options outside of apartment living.

I agree, there are a lot of people who come to the property that do not belong here but heck Robin Murphy if you did not tell me you were doing this I would not say anything. Were you not fired from the office because they found out you were making up rumors and lies about residents? This is what you told me when you got canned. Stop trashing the office people because you deserved to get fired and last I saw you were not picking up your dog poop when you walked army. Grow up!

I have a freind that lives there and she has the same nightmare stories. Mostly -------- and over occupancy and baby diapers in the halls up...teens smoking blunts on the pool , breeze-ways and More Roaches and seedy -------- afterdark , she did say that if you needs weed , just has to go to the playground and the little kids will go run and get it for a few dollars for you. She has ben there for six months and she said that her neighbors had 13 people in a 2 bedroom right next door to a collier county deputy, who never came out of his apartment.
I applied there and was turned down because of a felony driving offense but all the illegals in the county can live there 13-15 deep, have a parking lot party and a family get-together as well as roast a pig in the lot on a sunday and knife fight but you can't get your hot water fixed for three weeks... the Maintenance guy ate her cereal and looked at porn on her PC was while he was supposed to be fixing her garbage disposal, While she was at work!!!!!.

Sorry to hear about your nightmare but, it is true! The complex has become very scary with alot of questionable individuals moving in with someone they know and they have not been screened or on the lease. Owner & management do not care how full do you like your wallet mr landlord? Oh, I forget it is not about QUALITY but, QUANITY of living. Again , if you have ever experinced a fine apartment complex please let me know because I have yet to find it at San Marino and there is alot of false advertising of what the property truely offers to the renters. sad, sad, think it is becoming low income housing most of the decent people with respect and common sense have left the complex to live somewhere else to just feel safe.

SeeStJohn, I just went on this site today to laugh, but did not find
your comment funny, to bad you did not tell your real name, I did not
get fired for talking about the residendts, i was let go after david g.
changed the numbers in the book about my sales, and i'm glad i no longer work there, other office staff all they did was talk trash about the residents, and by the was when you are going to write something about someone get your facts stright, i do not own a dog named army,
how stupid. and I did not live on the property in 2007. so next time you write something get the facts stright, maybe you should grow up.
